Mr. Maris told me that news will be out at the end of June. I would give him some leeway into July so as not to rush things.

I am still wondering why deemed cost was initially at 18 cents. Was it simply because it was the lowest possible at the time or maybe they thought the price would not go to 15 cents? I'm not an expert at how it all works, but it's the only news we have to work with for now.

Yes, this price is low, just above what it costs to list a new company. Some refer to this as a firm's shell value.
