USRX was just too dear to swallow and it is hard for the two kinds of very different people to agree on anything. That'd cause interal dispute and weaken its competitiveness. COMS should rid of USRX and refocus on the core network stuff now still evolving at high speed. They should line up with the telecom side of the equation.
