That's the point. To the average person it looks good. Problem is
this "asset" of 10 million has to be paid back.

Have you read AOL's 10K? I suggest you do. I'm not an accountant
but if you call an expense an asset it still costs someone.

My main source of this information was from a guy that sell the
most successful stock shorting newsletter. It came as a sample.
I don't remember what the name is but it made sense to me.

Best thing to do is get AOL's 10k and figure it out yourself.
