The top must be near... >> It is capitulation but only on a philosophical level. I too gave up at 59 and change(from 54+) because my 10% stop was reached. I do 10% stop losses pretty robotically, and the only case where I didn't was aol, where i stopped at a 20% loss(and have been kicking myself for my "conviction" ever since).
