Hey Greg,

I've followed this stock in early 1998. I was in with a small
amount at 8.5 USD.

I took a look at the companies announcements and how they handle
IR. And listened to other guys who watched this stock for many years and recommended to get out.

Summery:
- I don't trust managment, too, because they make announcements that
a reliable management would not make to investors. Their promises
often did not become true.
- The company is developing products for over 30 years and
still doesn't have revenues - let this fact speak of it's own!!!
- There are better investments in the stock market then this company
- The only guys that earn money with this company is the management
- I think this thread is steered by it's IR-crew.

My recommendation: get out of this stock! If you are not sure if this
company is reliable, than get out and w tch their statements critically. You will come to a dead sure conclusion over the time.

I came to this stock by an enthusiastic recommendation of a investment-newsletter called "TAIPAN". Meanwhile they told their readers, that they do not recommend REFR any more. TAIPAN is published in Germany and in USA.

As for me, I am not short. I closed my long positions with a little
profit at 8.75 USD.

Good luck!

Peter
