Yeah Elwood, but did you see the comment about 'we will wait a couple of quarters before possibly doing another acquisition' (this in regard to the comment about possible buyout of Cabletron). The way things are going , this would be just in time to squash any upward movement of the stock (look at how Nortel was treated after announcing the Bay buyout) just when it probably is ready to, assuming inventory worries are behind us and DEC assimilation is going well.... John PS - I was not aware that Lutz had left, seems to have been quite an exodus of high level execs lately. Don't know how he was viewed at CPQ, perhaps Rudedog can comment...
