The short term technicals on APCO look weak according to the TA guys, but the FA is strong. Personally, I'm keeping my shares of APCO. I think that it's important to set targets for each trade. Set a desired price target and a time frame to meet that target but also set a mental stop of how much loss you're willing to bear. In response to your question, don't sell one stock to buy another.
