Perhaps I'm not reading the chart correctly (or it doesn't have enough granularity, but before I made the statement I took a look at

tscn.com

Seemed to be a lot of alternating up ticks/down ticks....for a stock nobody wanted to touch. If someone has access to the raw data (I don't) perhaps you could check.
