My Questions:
I read all your post (Wonks) and you make legitimate points and now I have some questions for you.
You state; "Divide the 25 million net income by the 65 million shares outstanding and what is the income per share? 38 cents!!! Hey, MTEI is trading above that, its overvalued!"
Question 1: This is based on the 2600 acres alone, correct?
Question 2: It is trading at .48, so let us say that it's overvalued by .10?
Afterall you do not believe the PR that states the 2600 acres divided by 30 separate properties, 10,000,000 tons bituminous coal, etc. "carefully worded" I believe is what you said.
But you derive a number of .38 based on this PR.
Question 3: Now, what about the additional 8000 acres, or is this a "carefully worded" PR?
Question 4: Do you agree or disagree that that they acquired this land for mineral reserves, and if so what would be a fair estimate on the stock price?
Question 5: Would $1.05 - $1.30 be out of the question based on the additional 8000 acres?
Very simple questions.
And remember, this is based on coal alone.
