Well Gary....

I am going to put in some orders for "P" here too. I was still in "recovery mode" today and didn't have the foresight to get any orders in.

Now, we very well could drift even lower until some positive news comes out, everybody will just have to decide for themselves.

Sometimes it takes nerves of steel to buy into a stock that has just bitten you like this one has...however, at some point, and I believe that we are there, you have to say....Even though it looks like an ugly duckling...it may grow up to be a beautiful swan.

I know that it is so difficult to buy right now...but I believe that is exactly how to make money here.

If you look at the price today of the "P" and take that times the conversion to 35 common - even with the bid here at .343 - you have the "P" at $12.00.

The beauty of the "P" is...as an example....people that bought earlier this week at $14.00, are really only down $2.00 come October if the common never even moves from this price.

I don't believe that it will take many positive news releases in the future to start Midland up again. I already see on other threads people talking about ..."this is the time to buy it".

For anyone looking at their portfolios today and seeing that price on the "P", just look forward to conversion - I think you will begin to see that "light: that the guys were talking about.
