When the work load is huge and the deadline can not be changed, do not spend time developing tools. Just buy the company and the tools? Stock swap takes the least cost. At today's depressed price ISLI is a steal like other y2k-driven stocks. Those in the business acknowledged it. Instant geographical diversity (global basis). CBSL's CEO understands it. Instantly, more sales and marketing offices as well as the support infrastructure have been added. We need to see whether there will be share dilution, the earnings potential of the combined company, how well they integrate, etc. Ram
