I just add the ending figure every day on a spreadsheet Fred made me(because I am so helpless in some areas..dont you dare tell anyone I said that)

and it adds them up for the 5 day cumulative trin

its possible that an average of the 5 day would work better....
but so far I am happy with the signals that I have gotten
comparatively speaking to all other kinds of indicators..

I like to keep it simple...
