So what did the dissenting justice say? I tell you you had no knowledge of the outcome. It's 50-50. Not right and wrong or any such logic. It is tres easy to bet on the corrupt outcome. Dome may have spent the money but all the while Mael owned the claims by right of law and they still do. The MEM's refusal to allow the transfer, all their motives were corrupt and paid off. There never was a revocation of Lemon's power of attorney, the court that ruled on that was corrupted. (a power of attorney has to have its revocation registered in a court, this never happened) There were bribes paid to CVG and the MEM and the lower courts most certainly. About the supreme court I would say the pressure of narco traffickers in cahoots with CVG and the money pressure of Dome may have influenced the court, I cannot say. I will say it is a black mark for Venezuela. It is plain that corruption is alive and well. Perhaps Bishop is right. People I know spent years in VZ trying to get title to claims and came home saying it was impossible. I know this does not change anything in general but I would not spend a dime there personally. It's hard enough with the whims and vagaries of corruption and politics in Canada and many so called friendly countries without second guessing the dregs of humanity in Latin America. Don't tell me you had such prescient vision. Any way the way I told my customers to play the stock you have totally misconstrued. You were not privy to this or you would not be shooting your mouth off with such mis-assumptions. EC<:-}
