Marshall if might add a little to what Sergio said. Keep in mind that about 3 months ago APCO was at $6. Besides the recent deals with Allstate, Bank One and Manhiem that haven't really even begun to show revenues yet, they have several other things in the works. All of which will make people very happy that they own it. It has already made a major move this year. I see no reason for it to continue to steadily grow over the next 2 years.

APCO right now is another drawer stock for me along with our beloved ANTX. Just don't require a whole lot of effort on my part.

You have to decide what is best for you in regards to getting out of a good stock to try and catch another good stock. As far as to some of the Fundamentals that could drive AIRM

1. Institutional buying
2. analyst coverage
3. another Mercy expansion
4. an acquisition with the help of investment banker Patricof
5. anticipated earnings with expectations for Mercy acquisition contributing to the bottom line
6. the fact that it has broken three year resistance in itself might drive the price alone

Cary

PS I own both and wouldn't think of selling either one
