What do you mean by, "One Dark Cloud Gone?" Keep in mind that the average Joe in this country works about a decade (pre tax) to earn that kind of money through honest labor. Anyone who would stiff his creditors once, would do it again. The typical quote of the proverbial crim is "I learned my lesson ... don't get caught!" Seems to me that anyone who would dabble with Actrade stock should do so with a watchful eye. Safest thing to do would be to invest in a company who's management has impeccable integrity.
