No Dilution says IR. This post from CW. Posted by INvesTor on June 17, 1998 at 09:09:47: I was told that the deal is DONE. That there should be a press release very soon (within 2-3 business days). Additionally I asked about the rumors of stock dilution and they have absolutely no knowledge of this and why this rumor has been posted. So, as far as they know, there will be no share dilution. The press release regarding the financing should be out Friday or next Monday, with the two acquisition deals press release immediately following. Additionally, I was told that there are other exciting deals waiting in the wings once the two major acquisitions have been completed. Hope this helps.
