Well ... When I offered my services for this IR or whatever you call it there is no business, no product, no nothing. I knew it was going to becomae a shell ... The board apparently felt it was important to keep investors informed and explain wht the old that has stepped back in was doing. There is a lot of things in progress. Now some important notes here: I am just a private investor trying to keep down all the speculation and so forth. Trying to keep the focus and not let touting or whatever come into play. The stock is now an empty shell. They have no industry. They have no product. They have no assets. They have no office. and a private investor upon which to call that is going to tell you they have nothing and verbally repeat the news release. Once another corporate comes into the stock I will again change the thread so this one will be worthless again at that time. Now internet traders will buy up a stock that has absolutely nothing in it and tout it eveywhere. Well there is nothing to tout because there is presently nothing however there very well could be some cash in the company from the legal actions MIDL has on going. Also presently this is a shareholder held stock at the moment. All the "A" is held by shareholders as is the warrants and the common. There are no insiders to my knowledge with stock of any kind. There will be as soon as a corporation comes into play and restricted stock is issued. I have come full circle and still buying this stock. People think I work for the company but I do not because there is no company only a shell. Look at a shell like a big building that has nothing in it. We could be invested in any industry possible. HEck we could have an international coporation or a small town restaurant. Heck no one knows. So until a corporation comes into play I will continue to accumulate. LOL ... I must really like this stock structure. GB
