Clint, Besides the excess handset capacity, it looks like the growth in subscribers is slowing a lot faster than anticipated. ANDW warned again this afternoon. exchange2000.com The weakness in North America indicates the service providers do not require anymore capacity right now or don't have the cash flow from continuing operations to finance further buildouts. I know LU has a 1 billion dollar backlog in wireless, but I don't know if ANDW is one of their suppliers. ANDW does supply to NT. Harry
