Chuck, Mr. Lewis is free to negotiate with anybody. Investing in EYETEL (EYTL) will not give you access to Mr. Lewis' technology. I have posted that it seems unlikely that we will have an opportunity to invest in Mr. Lewis' technology via a publicly traded entity. JILTED but not barking up the wrong tree
