John - News Hour on PBS tonight talked about the Japanese Market and the Professor from Berkeley kept saying today's intervention by the US was required to slow Japan's slide into Depression. They were openly mentioning 600 Billion to 1 Trillion in Losses from bad loan; over 10% of economy. This thread has known about this, but now openly discussed on "News Hour". Yikes. Keep up the great posts, I read them all. :) BellBoy
