Doc Stone, enjoyed your posts but I don't think you're the kind of doctor these "All Knowing Pro Shorts need." You see, we are dealing with Pro's that have spent years in the markets and are the only people who can tell us what's true, what isn't and who can post on this thread and who can go away (or back to AOL.) Since you're in the medical field maybe you could refer them though?? HHHMMMM?? Hey, here's a previous post from one of the subjects, and, your diagnosis is?

Hey Guys,
I am new at this stock market stuff, but never the less am going to try to make the most of a opportunity. I do however know about computers and software. (As the owner of P.C. World Sales & Service) I find all this hopla about Zitel to be questionable to say the least. 1st all the smoke seems to coming from the melinum problem poses to large companies or any one running custom written software on main frames. There seems to be people who believe there can be canned fix. I for one do not. After seeing to many programers rum amuck from standards.
2nd Zitel is not even part of the problem or solution. They merely hold 35% of a company (MatriDigm) that is "rumored to have software that can automatically change computer code associated with the year 2000 problem without the use of computer programers." quote taken from Dow Jones new release 10/10 17:46 (Personally I say baloney, what seem more probable is a software that can search thru hundreds of thousands of lines of code and flag a programmer to the area, there by reducing the time to correct the problem. just personal opinion)
3rd Zitel went on record 10/10 to state "We do not expect our relationship with Matridigm to have a material impact on Zitel's fiscal 1996 financial results. Any impact on financial results beyond 1996 is difficult to project at this time. Based on information provided by Matridigm, general availability of Matridigm's services is expected to be announced by early 1997." They then go on to state that statements about Matridigm and its services that involve substantial risks and uncertainties, including the risks that the software in development will not be successfully developed, will take longer to develope than is currently expected, will not have the functionality currently planned or will have "bugs" or other problems rendering its comercial sale more difficult or impossible.
4th Do you know who Viasoft is? They seem to be the hands down favorite for what ever type solution comes out of this mess.
As one analyst put it "Viasoft is an investors best play on year 2000 problem" says Soundviews Kris Tuttle These guys have done the leg work on who has what and how far along it is a present.
Now i find this out after I am long in Zitel at prices never seen before by this stock. I can always pray. If thats not enough I am long about the price of small house in Manhattan on SEXI. I am doing a lot of praying these days.
