FINALLY! Today the Company filed the (final) S-1, the (final) form 10 and an amended year-end form 10K. . IMO, the form 10 allows the Company to get off the OTC-BB. But of course they need to see the stock trade higher to get on the NASDAQ. . We could be on our way now! . The next two months should be very revealing. . Colin
