I was understanding that VLSI was under contract with Q to make ASIC. I would assume they would then be getting a royalty. Does anyone know for sure if VLSI has IPR agreement with Qcom. If so I would assume that cdma-a cant circumvent Q. I also find it hard to believe that vlsi can so easily ramp up to Qcoms degree of tech on VLSI. ANY COMENTS?
