But Farris, if there's only 3 mm in the Treasury, how the hell are the new owners going to do a reverse? We, the peasant shareholders, would have to approve it. We got most of the shares!! They will have to buy a controlling interest first. What am I not seeing here? BTW,. the example you cited is a reverse merger which is alot different than a reverse split. Those often work out real nice, especially when the "acquired"(who really become the company kinda sorta) hold tight. TG
