Thanks for your analysis Clay... Very Enlightening...

The losses incurred in our puppy are carry forwards from previous R&D years...The '97 financials for the year ending Jan '98 accompanied with with first quarter financials should be out within 2 or 3 weeks... Word is Q1 will be the first quarter that the company is showing a profit on sales...

The runup last month was caused by a couple of unscrupulous US promoters who couldn't get their way with the insiders of the company... Once they realized that, they backed off the promo...

Apparently the company insiders are quite aware of the pre-requisites required for NASDAQ BB listings and are working towards it...

The company does have licensed technology and the patent holders of the said technology are fully aware of the improvements that the company has made to the licensed ones...It is those technologies and others that the company has patented...

The earlier licensed technology apparently "chunked" when in actual use...

The company has further technologies that it has patented which have nothing to do with polyeuretahane "tires" per se but more with a variety of wheel designs...

The point I'm trying to make is that the other puppy is a bottom fish compared to this one...

Cheers...Enough said about the competition... This is the ATYR thread...
