As an anecdote, I traded with Cybertrader some time ago. Even then it had it's share of bugs. Cost me money too. Block Trading in case anybody cares.

My problem with SOES houses in general, is that it's heads they win, tails you lose. Bugs in their software, delayed and erroneous information, whatever the problem, YOU the customer eat it. Oh yes, the commission is due promptly.

So I wait until someone comes along that can service my account as it should be.
