Cisco Systems Inc. (CSCO $79 15/16), rated a fundamental buy by the Prudential Securities Research Department, has been in an uptrend for the last 12 months and appears to be trying to make new 52-week highs. Near-term support exists at $73. Near-term potential exists to $90 and then 98.

Dell Computer Co. (DELL $85 3/4), rated a fundamental hold by the Prudential Securities Research Department, appears to have been in a short-term consolidation pattern for the last two months and could move higher from current levels. Near-term support exists at $77 1/4. Near-term potential exists to $86 3/4 and then 98 1/2.

MicroSoft Corp. (MSFT $89 7/8), not fundamentally rated by the Prudential Securities Research Department, appears to have been in a consolidation pattern for the last two months and may be moving higher from these levels. Near term catalyst could be the news of their 'Thin-Client' technology for Windows. Near-term support exists at $81-$82. Near-term potential exists to $91 and then $99 1/8.
