HI-VAL'S COMMENTS about our technical and feature advantages confirm our management's contentions, experience and expertise with MPEG. I am wondering whether there is really a seller here needing to unwind a position irregardless of the design and marketing victories. Or, is this the holder of the convertibles shorting the stock to maximize his conversion and warrant privileges at the lowest possible price, then will cover in August with his converted/obtained shares? If it is, I hope the pig is punished in August with better than expected Q2 results, a Microsoft demonstration surprise and other buyers competing with his attempt to cover.
