David, a minor correction, if I many, and one that you undoubtedly will not mind. You say,

An OC-3 is actually the product of three (3) T-3s, and is rated at ~155 Mbps, not ~45 Mbps. The aggregate of the OC-192 is rounded at 10 Giga b/s, not 2550 Mega b/s.
You just picked up roughly 7.5 Gigabits per second in this deal. See, that wasn't so bad now, was it? <Smile>
