MUST READ !!! MUST READ !!! MUST READ !!!
I talked to George today. He pointed me to one of the Boardmembers, Daniel Doior, for more specific questions. Joe Gort is no longer in charge of IR. He's tired of the personal attacks and just wants to be an investor in EDII only. I don't generally post what I find out on a stock, but let others do it. I got in trouble once for it, and that IR wouldn't discuss anything of substance with me again. Weeeeeell, here we go. This is worth the risk. The land in question: 20 to 30 yards away from the biggest oil find in 10 years in that area, right on the water's edge. Beecham wants this land for a transportation/staging area very badly. If EDII doesn't sell it to them, they will have to settle for land miles away, for much more than the price EDII wants. The original purchase price was 1.8 million. He wouldn't tell me what the discussion price is, because it's insider information. But they are currently in discussions, and will close on a substantial amount very soon. Beecham is in a hurry. To verify the accounting service used by EDII, contact the very large and reputible firm of BDO Seidman. They are all over, but the Houston office phone # is 713-659-6551. The person to ask for is Ward Rivenburg. NOW, with this new money, they can go shopping for even more, profitable companies to buy. They are inking the deals right now with the others mentioned in the release. News is comming soon. I got the feeling that less than a week is reasonable guess. For those of you poised for attack, that's just a gut feeling. Strong gut feeling. I also feel that being the first time I talked to Daniel, I was very impressed with his sincerity and energy level. He knows what he's doing folks. He understates the value of acqusitions on purpose, by as much as 50%. He doesn't think about acquiring any company that won't increase the value of what EDII is paying for it by a multiple of 4. Although acquiring companies with restricted shares dilutes earnings by that number of shares, the profit potential of the acqusition far outweighs it. He knows this. He is a very sharp cookie. Like George told me today, this is not a "penny" stock. It's a much higher price stock that happens to be trading in the range it is right now. For you who are poised for attack on that statement, believe what you want. You do the DD I just performed, then you post anything you want. I'll listen. For those of you still holding, jumping in now, or coming back: We will be rewarded very soon!!!! We are about to make some money!!!!!
