Tom, You just have a faster car! :-) I live a little farther away than Tom and the traffic going my way was a B---H. Well this part of our history is over I am holding a Final decree for TMm with the Judge's signature. It is OVER! FINISHED! COMPLETED! DONE! Got the picture. Nothing more to be said. I believe my work is completed! A rather bittersweet taste to the last 4 years but definitely ended SWEET!!!!! Tom has relayed a bright future for us. Those that want to go to Denver next week can meet with the new people along with Tom and maybe Dan and hear it all first hand. Yes DAN. This light at the end of the tunnel is not a train coming our way but the bright future in store for us. Am I positive? YES! Why? Well for the past 4 years of attending the BK hearings and all I was hearing was negative things. Now that will change. It will take time for the creditability to come but I feel it will. Arnie and the rest, I do believe this time will be different. All I can say is I was promised a lot from Tom and now with the BK out of the way I believe it will be delivered, just be patient. Plus it will not come over night but over the next two months. Yes we need the financials, We need internet links to prove that ECC is a viable company, We need creditability and Tom promised that. I was told we have seed money and will not be looking at a reverse until the revenues support it. By the sound of the projects lined up they will come. So we need to sit back and wait and see. Need to get to dinner. More later as I remember. Larry PS. Tom, I don't buy the car story. Enjoy it! You deserve it!!!! :-)
