How do you figure??? Are you and Wesson going to sue Nasdaq???? Company wants date to be the 29th. It's up to Nasdaq.

People who sold the MIDLP will hate me for saying this, but the people that deserve the dividend (IMO) are the long term investors that bought before the dividend announcment, after it, and thru the rough times (of the near future) including yesterday and today.

If that means that people who owned MIDL before the 29th but sold before the ex-date, don't get the dividend all I can say is tough nougies and that life isn't fair.

Seriously, if one was expecting the dividend and sold before having the dividend in their account they should have done the DD (including but not limited to asking your broker if you'd get the dividend, and what the ex-date was set by Nasdaq. Not owner on ex-date (which is different than SOR date) no dividend. No ex-date set, don't sell).
