The company has been nothing but a press release mill with nothing to substantiate their claims. Substantiation means dollars and revenues. There financials talk about distributors in Canada, Egypt and Saudi Arabia. The financials reflect a note receivable due from the Canadian distributor in the amount of $1 million due by June 30, 1998. If you do your homework you will find that the money hasn't come and if you believe that it is coming I happen to have a bridge to sell you that I pass over everyday on my way to work. I assure you that the SEC will make them write off all of these "alleged" distribution deals off their financials. If you question me on that, then simply call the company. You all have their phone number. By the way the press release mill also violates Securities rules. Several years ago the Securities Reform Act instituted what is known as the Safe Harbor Act. Which basically states that the company must state that the disclosure contains foward looking statements and other cautionery measures to advise and protect the investing public. None of their releases contain any Safe Harbor disclosures. Are we getting the picture yet.
