So the deal is close is it? How close? Based on what information? You answered your own question - What this thread doesn't need is a bunch of pumpers and dumpers, claiming that a deal is right around the corner. We've heard that since February, and where are we? Right where we started. Anybody that's been long here for a while has their core holdings in place. We've ridden the pump and dump roller coaster and learned to be skeptical, cautious and patient. Regarding the price, it's what the market determines this stock to be worth at this point in time. Simple as that. Most of us here think it's undervalued, but obviously others don't and as long as they're willing to sell and/or daytrade at these prices, here's where we stay - waiting for news we believe is coming. If people need to raise questions or vent - that's OK. Just keep it civil. If anybody has any new DD, enlighten us. If you need to have a deal tomorrow - call TX and tell them to get their ass in gear and do the deal. Just my .02. No disrespect intended. Steve
