I have somuch detail on this 8 year old scam I sometimes forget to make pertinent comment. In this regard please note, that at the time of the Sexi take over of ICMX, the following were all either officers,members of the Board or employees of SEXI. Jim Tully Chairman Bob Campbell President Jim Christensen Chief Gofer Bob Dutton Tom Clines Dick Yoder Chief conniver with Campbell an employee (?) but also a stock holder Gen Secord--Was frequently in the ICMX offices but I stayed away from him and am not sure exactly what he did. Dave Brugeman- Was an emp[loyee of ICMX-left I believe over dispute on his salary not being paid. Rejoined Sexi after take over. The important point here is that all these people were involved long before SEXI appeared. I would have a very hard time believing they had no insight into this equally fraudulent operation. Another unanswered question I have. John Royall's role with ICMX-Federal and Sexi. Remember Royall was the founder of ICMX-East. See previous input from me on this point and long running saga. His latest new venture Digital Commerce Corporation includes the same infamous retired Marine Jim Tully. Quite a friendship there
