To put things in perspective, $2B is about what it will cost for 2- 300mm chip fabs, a drop in the bucket of the Japanese economy as a whole. Much ado about nothing, IMO. You can't stop an
overflowing dike with a couple of sandbags!!! (unless you drop 'em
on her! Sorry just couldn't resist, I knew someone else would respond to this.) 8^)
