You can't lose, but since the stock is non-marginable since no one will lend on the stock you can't short it unless you are a market maker. Those are the guys that sent this stock down from 8 to 4 and will send it down to pennies where it belongs, if the execs of the company are not carted off in cuffs first. This company has broken every securities rule and have from what I can see have invented some new ones just by looking at their financial statements.
