Let me express my opinion why NT price is down. NT price ramed up from $40 to almost $70 (up 75%) since Jan 98 because of the rumour that cisco is trying to buy out nt. Now instead of NT being bought out, it went out to pay a pretty high price for BAY, what do you think people holding NT waiting for a buy-out by cisco would do ?? This merger will be a very difficult one. coms bought usrx and got dragged down for one whole year and more to come, now just think about a cross-country major merger ! Analysts are going to wait at least six months before coming back to this stock. Mang
