Hi Folks, I got this message today from the defence team's e-mailing list :- "A fax arrived today from Mr. Fink, E-Data's lawyer. The fax indicates that the Judge in the New York action needs to reschedule the hearing that was set for December 6. Apparently the next open times in the Judge's schedule are December 17 at 3:00 PM, December 18 at 3:00 PM, and December 20 any time. The Judge has asked Mr. Fink to coordinate with defendants the scheduling of a new hearing date." I guess that the train has left the station, but will be delayed a little at it's destination because of some minor re-routing... Nice to see the price move upwards though. Might we soon return to the practice of calling ourselves (somewhat ostentatiously) "The Gifted" ??? Regards Durro
