Chris - it's David

Does EVERYONE read these threads on SI? I'm now expecting to get a post from the Ford, Amoco and Textron CEO's anytime! I wonder if they started to choke on their Danish at morning coffee on Wednesday - the morning after I posted - and when they found out that we now know what's up!! The Canadian head of ICI Devoe Coatings told me that he reads them as well! We know they do at Napier and Aquasol as well - of course they do - but they told us anyway! We - NIR's investors - just like to keep up with what's going on - that's all :-)

What do you think of our research efforts thus far - not bad - eh!!?

Firstly - let me say thank you for considering to review NIR for over a year in your newsletter `The Outsiders Overture'. Yes, you first mentioned the company when it was $0.12 - if I had purchased it then I could now be sitting on 300k+ NIR :-(

I did post the link to the pay-per-view site for The Outsiders Overture (Msg #546) - and I saw it on the free site - unsure why both sites were available until I read your response. However, you'll be pleased to know that I did pay $US13 for your May newsletter through the Stockhouse site - one of the stocks you reviewed was NIR - as you know :-)

Yes - NIR is a different investment play now compared to when you first reviewed the company. I don't think that I would have purchased it at $0.12 or thereabouts - without very extensive research - and a prayer. The stock first came to my attention via a Stockhouse e-mail that mentioned increasing volume for NIR. I put it on my 'watch list' and started my research. It went up a bit and I purchased my first stock at $1.45 - and with the more research I did - the more I purchased. I dare say that by years' end NIR will be well out of the penny stock market and into hopefully a more stable market where it'll enjoy strong institutional support - and a different group of investors.

Things are moving rapidly here which you obviously can't keep up with due to publication deadlines etc. Napier is now in the black - don't know by how much but they are there now. The next News release will contain the fundamentals - which everyone is waiting for - and the institutions have told the company that this is what they want to see - they don't want `just another News' release.

Thanks for your kind words:

"Thank you very much for respecting my copyright! Good luck to you and all Napier investors! I know it isn't possible, but I wish that you all make a lot of money."

Chris - we're all going to make a killing - that's what I told my bank yesterday when they said that they would not be lending me any more money. I hate them!!

I'm so impressed that you took the time to post here that I'm going to order your July monthly update - only if NIR is there!! I may even order a subscription to The Outsiders Overture down the road once my focus is off NIR! I'm signing up for the Canada Stockwatch site shortly (very nice site) and I'm paid up at theStreet.com. Good information comes at a price - but it's worth the expense.

Just in case anyone missed it - here's a link to The Outsiders Overture Publications newsletter that Chris writes:

stockhouse.com

Select Newsletters
Select 'The Outsiders Overture Publications'

For the latest on NIR:

Select June 10, 1998 report titled "Special 18pg JUNE Report: VSE Projections For The Next Six Months; 26 Updates Including ARP, NIR And South Voisey's Bay; TWO Brand-New Reviews". $US13 - order directly over the internet.

Here's the link to the free site (special case this time as Chris mentions in Msg#570):

It won't all fit on one line - so just paste the URL together:

(1) canspecresearch.com
(2) Bunka/ReportView.asp?ReportID
(3) =2332&RptSubID=5746

Select Napier from the list.

No - the last word will rest with you Chris. When the institutions start their buying frenzy and bidding war you'll be able to say several months from now that some of your subscribers have made 25,000+% returns - if they had purchased NIR based on your first review and held onto some of it since then! Then it'll be time for that "nah na na na nah" to the unbelievers.

Why don't you jump onboard with the rest of us here? Remember this is what you said last time about NIR:

"Investors who missed the earlier rocket launch can still participate in the next one."

Napier and Aquasol represent Canadian innovation at its finest!! That's why we're all here supporting them.

Good luck Chris and keep in touch on the thread,

David in Ontario :-)

Ps. I hope that I haven't made any spelling mistakes.
