The constant acquisitions scare people. When they slow down which they say they will soon, and start reaping the benefits of what they've sown (sorry couldn't resist the pun) they should have two things happen
1. they will start making some real money. The acquisition binge is expensive and keeps their earnings artificalially low. It also keeps them from focussing 100% of their energies on building what they have,
2. When they start to make some real, consistent, profits, the street will notice and not only will they increase as BV increases, but will also move towards a multiple similar to others in the industry.
Lastly, a move onto the NMS will be accompanied, as it almost always is, by a spike upwards. Many fund mangers can't or won't own equities that aren't on the NMS, AMEX, or NYSE, liquidity is too poor.
that's my take, obviously I am long in this stock at this point. |
