Fundamentally speaking: What motivation would Levesque Beaubien's seller have to sell this stock down, as he has been doing, and not up, as he could be doing? ( and making a lot more money at that ) . Who, at this stage of the companies progress , factoring in that all financing is complete ( with exception of the cash from warrants ), could benefit from TVL dropping in price at this stage. Technically speaking, with the type of volume coming in only Levesque Beaubien seems to be motivated to sell the price down. I have my theory, anyone else on the topic?
