Andy I do not know... I only know Arcon is no longer part of the equation, John Spriggs has resigned and is no longer part of the equation, and DF-144 is part of John Spriggs so it is not part of the equation. Now I do not think John was lying, jerking, or deceiving anyone. I believe he has what he has stated he has but he resigned. Why he did I really do not care and nothing I can do about it. If he comes back then by george will be talking about the future of the company with DF-144 under its wing. However, until it does come back into the shell we have to wait for another corporation that wants to come public to come in. No sense talking about what will or speculate on anything right now except we are all down majorly on our investment. Mosy of the long term investors like myself had held every share. You have not lost any money until you sell and that is the decision fo every investor. I am not going to specualte on the friendly talks or anything. If John does a deal with MIDL then than is when I will talk about it again and I will not be talking to investors John will. I am only doing the IR thing because there is no business, no nothing but an empty shell and that is all there is to it. I hate it because I am right back where I was in September ... Have rode this one up and back. LOL ... and I am still in it for the same reason and that is the stock structure. Plus the news release tells you basically what is going on. We are not dead just in transition. So I am going to stick to what is and not what might be. Negoatiations are merely that. Until it is definitive that is all it is. GB
