Thread: The price of C-Phone (CFON) has strengthened some lately, but I still fail to see any significant value in the business. A Proxy was filed today in which shareholders are asked to approve additional share issuance related to the Convertible Preferred Offering of December 1997. I haven't figured out the deal, and not sure whether this could have an impact on shareholder value. Does anyone see any value in this company? Is it a short to $0?
