So you sold shares in February 1997. I thought you were buying all the way down. Feb 1997 is just when you were telling me and my friends to BUY BUY BUY and to "dollar cost average down". Question: If a securities promoter encourages someone to BUY shares of a stock and that someone learns that the shares he bought belonged to the friendly promoter, what does that make the promoter? A scumbag or a snake, or just a guy trying to make a living like the rest of us? TJS
