I have said it to you in several PMs and I will say it publicly, for what it is worth, you did all you could do and then some. How could anyone anticipate Fisher? You cant. No one could have. I do deals all the time and you can have five attorneys on each side and put together a 50 page document and cover every possible scenario, but if there is a Fisher in the deal it does not matter. You are screwed. As I have said before, I think you are taking a huge risk doing the IR. I really think you have some implied fiduciary to the thread and at some point you are going to be in the middle. I hope everyone appreciates the risk you are taking so they don't have to call an answering machine that never calls back. My business is to know people and my impression of you is that although you are a little rough around the edges, you don't have a dishonest bone in your body. Maybe to a fault. Some people have a hard time understanding that, so they go the other way. Anyway for what it is worth, DW
