Caution regarding the Cyberguard (CYBG) fraud.

Cyberguard is a weak south Florida company that has been losing money for years. It produces a firewall product which is technically good but has failed to achieve any market penetration.

Recently, the company hired several stock promoters. Unfortunately, one of the promoters was David Stewart. Mr. Stewart has repeatedly been involved in fraudulent stock promotion schemes where small investors have lost millions of dollars. He "pumps" stock by spreading misinformation on the internet and then issuing buy recs in his newsletter or telephone hotline. He succesfully pumped CYBG in this manner before its last collapse from 17 to 8.

Mr. Stewart was also involved in the Zitel stock promotion fraud (Zitel has been recommended short on my "profits of doom" thread and is currently trading at 4). I have read reports that he recently recommended selling ZITL shares and buying CYBG. Even though I have no intentions of covering my short position...investors may want to be aware that the stock may undergo another pump and dump.
