Trader, remember that 1Q included write off of in process R&D as is typical for acquisitions of technology/ service companies. So that should not be a muddying factor in 2Q. I am concerned about two things, specifically (1) a further uptick in SG&A as a result of the new business development director (though he does not start until July 1-- carefully chosen 3Q impact?), and (2) consultant turnover-- a lot of CGIX consultants had resumes out as a result of the uncertainty from layoffs in 4Q, hopefully they can keep the number below 20%.
