Insider sales:

Some shorts on Yahoo have been referencing the recent insider sales of TAVA's Lawrence Hagewood. Before it becomes an issue on SI, here is what happened.
Mr. Hagewood is head of sales & marketing for TAVA. He is currently on an extended leave of absence for serious personal reasons. These personal circumstances have forced him to liquidate his TAVA shares.
It has NOTHING to do with the future business prospects of TAVA.
Mr. Hagewood plans to return to TAVA to resume his old position in July.
