Jerome,

A large volume upward move coinciding with the sector selloff always looks somewhat suspicious. Interestingly enough, it was preceded by an unusual (for SNDK) barrage of positive PR.

My guess (although it is just a guess) is that we may see SNDK settling with Lexar before the hearing on July 17.
